Our father, Rick, brings over 30 years of hands-on construction experience to the business. His commitment to quality craftsmanship, problem-solving, and doing honest work has shaped not only the homes he’s worked on, but the people around him.
His son, Josh, followed in his footsteps, learning the trade firsthand and carrying forward the standards and work ethic that define our family. Together, they bring skill, reliability, and practical know-how to every project.
Emma, currently studying construction, represents the next generation of Built in Legacy — blending modern training with the values and experience passed down through years on the job. Her perspective ensures the business continues to grow with current practices, thoughtful planning, and attention to detail.
